Among the TurnMaster's many features and benefits is its patented indexed head. This provides three settings for flat and shear scraping, allowing the tool to work at angles that shear through the fibres of timber proving less "tear out" of the grain; resulting in the need for very little sanding.

The concept of the tool gives the flexiblilty to provide a scraping system that turners can tailor to their own specific needs.

For example the tungsten carbide vesion is available with any of three cutters (round, square and detailed). The HSS version comes with the same three cutter shapes pre-packed and both HSS and Titanium Nitride cutters are available in seven multi functional profiles.
