Shipping costs

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and depend on weight and delivery address.

Shipping is free in the following cases

  • parcels <30kg to BE, NL & LU for purchases from 150€ incl VAT
  • parcels <30kg to FR & DE for purchases from 250€ incl VAT

For most other European countries, shipping costs (if the shipment weighs less than 30kg) are automatically displayed and calculated.

For other regions, the shipping costs must be requested first. You will receive a separate payment link for this as soon as they are known.

The shipment of large and heavy items differs from the above arrangement

These items are not delivered by parcel service but via a carrier.

If you wish, we can ask the carrier to contact you prior to delivery.

If you choose to pick up the goods yourself, or have them picked up by your own transporter, you choose the 'Collect-In-Store' option.

For the Benelux, we work with fixed shipping costs for these shipments (the pallet cost is included in this):

  • for Belgium: € 90.75 incl. VAT
  • for the Netherlands: €108.90 incl. VAT
  • for Luxembourg: €105.30 incl. VAT

For all other countries, shipping costs for large and heavy items are on request and you will receive a payment link for the shipping costs as soon as they are known.

If your email address is known to us, you will receive a tracking code with which the order can be tracked. And also an email from the carrier with any updates.
If you have not received emails from us and/or the carrier within 2 working days of placing the order, please check the spam folder of your mailbox before contacting us.

Delivery time

Orders for items in stock are usually dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday if ordered before around 11am. Orders that reach us later or over the weekend are usually dispatched the next working day.

If an item is marked as being in stock but turns out not to be available or the delivery time is unexpectedly longer, we will notify you by e-mail.

Articles that are not in stock can simply be ordered via the web shop. The delivery time depends on the article ordered and varies depending on the supplier.

If your order contains items with different delivery terms, we will send the order in its entirety if this can be done within a reasonable period (maximum one week). If the expected delivery time of one or more items is longer, we will send the available items in advance and the rest will be sent afterwards. In Belgium and neighbouring countries (Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany and France), the balance (if it concerns one additional shipment) will be sent post-paid.
