Butt chisels give maximum control over cutting by getting very close to the workpiece. For finishing and fitting joints. Ideal for model making or where work space is limited. Razor-sharp fine ground blade. The ergonomic handle of hard and sturdy hornbeam is strong enough to withstand heavy hammer blows. The blade is forged from high-alloy Cr-Mn steel heat-treated to 59HRc.
