Varnish oil combines the best properties of varnish and oil. Varnish oil penetrates deeply and protects from the inside as well as the outside. Varnish oil gives excellent protection and a beautiful convex sheen. The surface is hard-wearing and permanently elastic, so the layer does not flake off and is easy to maintain.

Varnish oil can be used both indoors and outdoors and is (sea) water resistant so that it can also be used on ships.

Varnish Oil Top Coat is used to finish a surface that has been pre-treated with Varnish Oil Primer.

The main ingredients of Varnish Oil Deklak are:

• Tung oil
• Linseed oil
• Dehydrated Castor oil
• Drying agent (Lead-free and Cobalt-free)
• This product contains no solvents

This is how to apply this Varnish Oil:

• Pre-treat the surface as described for Varnish Oil Primer.
• Apply a thin coat of Varnish Oil Top Coat to the surface using a block witter, a flat brush, a patent brush or a roller.
• Carefully treat knots, cracks and the like.
• Allow to dry for at least 24 hours. In cool weather, preferably longer.
• Lightly sand the surface with 240-grit paper or finer and remove sanding dust before applying another coat.
