For your safety we have created the WIVAMAC Tailstock Safety Stop.
No problem if you are scattered and unconsciously slide the tailstock back too far. Wtih this device there is no risk of hurting yourself or someone else, or damaging your floor or tailstock. The tailstock is well protected.
Applying the Tailstock Safety Stop requires no tools. It is simply mounted at the end of the lathe bed.
The adapter fits all WIVAMAC lathes built from the year 2003. For older machines it is advisable to contact us first.
The Tailstock Safety Stop can be removed very quickly, if you need to remove the tailstock from the lathe. The striking color of the Safety Stop allows you to quickly find it back, whether it is mounted on the lathe or if you have removed it and put it aside somewhere. For safety reasons however, we recommend to always mount the Safety Stop immediately.
